I impact with companies that are on a line they call the angle journey. Whatever you call it, its supported on the Toyota Production System. Some manufacturers embraced it and it became famous as Lean Manufacturing, swollen into the Lean Office or Lean Enterprise. During this change the move became convergent on tools, but Toyotas move is most people.

The pore of Lean Manufacturing upbringing has been on theoretical skills such as continuance course mapping, 5S, and set-up reduction. People skills; also famous as soft skills or interpersonal skills havent been such of a priority. If this is genuine than interpersonal power upbringing needs to be a higher priority. Communication ofttimes determines if the transformation succeeds or not. Could the soft clog actually be more essential than the hard stuff?
